Editing a Published Packet
How to edit a packet:
- From the curriculum page, select the packet with an error, and click "edit" to open the packet details.
- Use the PDF (left side) pane to edit:
- Placement of QR label
- Packet Name
- Use the Answer Key (center) pane to edit:
- Passage names, questions, and correct answers
- Tagging of questions & passages to pages
- Use the Publishing (right side) pane to edit:

- Status (e.g. published, recalled) for each curriculum
- Curriculum/curricula in which the packet is published
What if teachers have already printed a packet and it needs to be edited?
To facilitate communication of errors, Paper will display a warning if a packet is edited after teachers have “generated” that packet (i.e. created the printable set of packets with barcodes for their class).
Recalling a Published Packet
Recalling a packet is necessary when the following errors occurred during packet entry:
- The PDF that was uploaded contains an error and needs to be replaced.
- The correct PDF was uploaded, but the incorrect page(s) was/were selected for the ticket, causing Paper to decorate and print the incorrect pages of the packet.
How to recall a packet:
- From the curriculum page, select the packet with an error, and click "edit" to open the packet details.
- In the Publishing pane on the right side of the screen, click "edit"
- In the packet numbering window that pops up, click "recall", then "submit"
Important Note: If the packet needs to be recalled from multiple curricula, repeat this process for each curriculum where the packet has been published.
