I logged into my school's network, but Ponder isn't showing up in Chrome. What do I do?


Some networks do not save browser extensions to your network accounts. Fortunately, Chrome will sync your extensions for you. 

All you need to do is go to Chrome settings and click "Sign in to Chrome." 




Chrome will ask for your Google username and password. After you successfully sign in, you will be prompted to either "Sync everything" or select Advanced to choose what syncs.


After you hit "OK," everything you've ever synced before will appear in your browser. If Ponder still doesn't show up, just go to www.ponder.co and install the extension. Now, Ponder will be synced to your Google Chrome account and will appear every time you log in to Chrome on any computer.
